I'm a writer, publisher, and website designer who currently has more projects in the works than I can keep track of. I'm the president of Moonrise Hollow Inc.; publisher of an eclectic mix of media. We've been going since October and I really love the job. For the past 3 1/2 years, I've published and edited The Avonlea Spectacle and am almost done with the 20th issue. I also have a small website design business (no link yet, because I'm redoing the site) and absolutely love creating websites. I'm almost to the point where I could do HTML in my sleep. Actually, I do, because most of my website work is done after midnight. And last, but not least, is my Victorian gift company, Lady Cordelia's Frivolities. The catalogue is in permanent infancy, but I'll get it out sometime... My future career plans are to run for Parliament and become the Minister of Canadian Heritage or else be a copyright lawyer. The WWW can certainly be a very scary place for those of us who abhor copyright infringement! But that's a whole other site. I'm a member of the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television and am very interested in film and television production. Not to mention those illustrious Gemini Awards. My main interests are the literature of L.M. Montgomery, the Victorian and Edwardian Eras, Canadian politics, computers, antiques, gardening, corresponding, travelling, political satire, reading, economics and music. My favourite holidays are Christmas and Hallowe'en, my favourite place to travel is Toronto, my favourite book is Anne of Green Gables, my favourite television shows are Road to Avonlea, The Newsroom and This Hour has 22 Minutes, my favourite musicians are Enya and Loreena McKennitt, my favourite season is autumn, my favourite flowers are pansies (really?) and my favourite colour is dark green. This is all for now, although I'm sure I'll be able to think of more to add...someday...
