These are two poems I have written about the relationship of Gus
and Felicity! I plan to add more, but here are my current works! Enjoy!

Return to Me
Standing over the vast empty
shores
I longed for you more and
more.
Why did you have to go away?
I still prayed that you
would come back to me one day.
Longing for your tender
gaze.
I felt that I was wandering
through a maze.
Was my love not enough?
Did you have to journey
to those seas so rough?
I felt so alone after you
were gone.
To your ship I yet was drawn.
I did not believe that you
were dead
No matter what had been
said.
Now that I look into your
gentle eyes
I feel that it was worth
those long good-byes.
We will go back together
to our home.
And never again will I be
alone.

Maybe…
You said that you wanted
me to stay,
But how could I when your
heart seemed so far away.
I hated to leave, but you
left me no choice.
And I knew I would long
for that day when I would once again hear your voice.
I promised to come back
to you some day,
Thinking maybe then you
would respond in one certain way.
I never dreamed that we
would part forever.
Perhaps that was because
it was you that was clever.
It seemed as if I would
never feel your soft touch
And yet I loved you so very
much.
Oh, why did I go away?
Why did I leave you in that
way?
But now as you kiss my finger.
I hope that this moment
will forever linger.
Oh, maybe I should have
made that fateful call.
Then again maybe it was
worth it all.
But now forever together
we are.
And you will always be my
sun, my moon, and my star.
