Everybody knows that the cute, adorable Cecily King (Harmony Cramp) was taken off the aire by Sullivan and was replaced by Molly Atkinson. Now, the thing is... why?
The original Cecily (Harmony) was what I thought of as the typical Cecily. The cute braids, timid voice, small, etc.
But the new Cecily (Molly) was too mature looking, almost looking as old as Felicity, when she is supposed to be younger than Felix. Molly just doesn't have that "innocent" Cecily look we were used to for almost 5 seasons. The girl who played Sara Stanely (Sara Polley) quit Avonlea and returned only for the finale was so she could scope out more possibilities as an actress. But Harmony? Sullivan never explained why.
